PostHas there been any blood tests done on vampires?

Okay I'm real curious on this. If vampires are real and have been real for a long time then at least one of them is or had to be a biologist before turning into one. As a scientist they would have performed tests on themselves. Has this ever happened and what were the results. Please only facts , scientific facts, are what I'm looking for. Thank you

Nonsense, why would a newly turned vampyr want to perform any sort of test on him/herself, especially one involving the drawing of their own blood? I highly doubt it would even be of their interest at that point of time.
