Aura is a subtle and luminous field of radiation that surrounding a person. every living thing emits this wonderful radiation but yet, it is unseen to most bare eyes unless with specific practices to see it.
1. all you need is at midnight or any time at night when there is no more distraction. being alone in a room, turn off the light before have a white candle lightened. now, have yourself sit in yoga style in front of the candle.
2. First, relax. Took a deep breath, hold it for 10 second before release it slowly. do this until you feels your entire body and mind relax.
3. Now, (this is the hard part) open your eyes and stared into the blue light of the candles(it is the bottom area of the burning flame, see picture below for reference). keep staring at it without blinking even once. for your first practice concentrate for 30 minutes.
4. if succeed, then for second time you practicing this, do it for 35 minutes and for the third practice is 40 minutes.
5. keep focusing and practicing and you should be able to see at least 5 from 7 aura color.
