When you are stripped for time, yet really feel tired and in a crabby mood, you can do this quick little meditation to get you through a rough spot (short term).
1. First of all, get into a comfortable position (if a quiet place, not even necessarily private. on a drive, in a back room. somewhere where it is quite.)
2. Close your eyes and imagine that you are breathing out Black (or any colour that reminds you of garbage, something bad that you don't want anymore) smoke or mist. And when you breath in, imagine that you are breathing in White (or again any colour that reminds you of something good and energizing).
3. Focus on that for 5-10 min (depending on how much time you have and how much you feel you need to do). Concentrate on your breathing, slow it down, slow down your heart beat. Just imagine all of the bad stuff on your mind getting breathed out and good energizing stuff replacing it.
Hope it helps!

Depends of the purpose of the meditation and so, there's actually music and even mantras that can help u out with.

Yup, absolutely. Just thought I would post my way of doing it so that people (if they wanted) could try it. Music also helps me a lot.

Agreed. I usually use dark ambient music with little to no lyrics.

A great band would be Black Funeral.

But everyone will have different tastes in what they deem suitable.

Absolutely!
Cause i can agree with u but for others could not work the same, and in my own case not only dark ambients works,
actually also Doom Metal works really, good.... And like I said there's specific music for this and even Mantras which i use very often too.

For Any interested In some Music...

For Mantras and Meditative Spiritual New Wave you can try Deva Premal
For Dark Ambient Black Funeral like Sir Blasphemous sad, or Solicitude Auternus (which i really recommend) also.

Feel free to ask for more music or any questions.
Even though im sure ppl will keep adding more music or interesting ways.
